Coastal Counties Workforce, Inc. is a non-profit agency whose mission is to provide workforce development services for the Coastal Counties Region in Maine. CCWI seeks a full-time, motivated, reliable administrative professional for a small but high energy office setting. Strong administrative skills are required including drafting correspondence and word processing, meetings preparations, maintenance of documents, and phone skills. Duties will require thorough knowledge of office procedures/equipment. The individual in this position must possess independent judgment and initiative. Light bookkeeping duties will be assigned. Office management experience is required. In addition to the above, this position will support the non-profit’s executive level staff with Board duties (i.e., planning Board and committee meetings). This position is also responsible for recording of official meeting minutes. 

Must have strong PC proficiency to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs and/or web design & maintenance is a huge plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Associate degree preferred but, combination of educational and professional experience may be substituted. Individual must successfully pass both a reference and criminal background check. Must have a reliable means of transportation.
